Running Recap- 8/11/12

Today was a scheduled 4 mile run with a Magic Mile at mile 2. A magic mile is where you run a  mile at a fast but still comfortable pace. We all decided that it would be better if we did 3 miles without a magic mile due to the heat and humidity.

I decided to get up early and loosen up by going on a 3.12 mile walk. I think it really helped my legs and I didn't feel tight when we started running.

Total time- 43:41

Mile 1- 14:30
Mile 2- 14:10
Mile 3- 14:04
Mile 0.08- 0:56

Total calories burned- 534

It was a good run. I only wish it could have been longer.
