I have officially made it through the first half of level one. I'm feeling really good and am ready to increase the weights tomorrow, going from 3 lbs to 5 lbs.
I feel like the exercises are getting easier even though I'm still out of breath throughout the entire workout. I still ended up burning 288 calories.
I'm also beginning to feel confident that this is something that I'm going to be able to accomplish. The only day that I am worried about is September 2nd as we have a half marathon that day, but I'm sure I can easily get it done that evening.
Patrick also complimented me last night that I'm looking more toned.
