Q: Today you lost __________.
A: Today I lost 0.8 lbs at weigh in, bringing my total weigh loss to 2.6 in the past two weeks. It was surprising to see a loss this morning considering I haven't been very good the past few days (I'm a stress eater..) but it was a good reminder to not let it get out of hand. I really need to be more mindful of what I'm eating, when I'm eating it and why I'm eating it. Very rarely do I eat out of hunger.
