30 Day Push- Day 8

Day 8: You are not a quitter!
1. Make your to-do list.
2. Write down the positive things that have happened so far.

A: To-do list: Circle items that need to be done this week (blue), star items that need to be done today (need to, not want to) (green), all other items need to be done "soon" (black).

1. Transfer money to kids savings
2. Update mint.com
3. Get dad's birthday present
4. Sign retirement card
5. Make exercise plan for the week
6. Go to Valley Produce Market
7. Clean living room
8. Laundry
9. Organize cupcake cabinet
10. Label spices
11. Vacuum car
12. Send reminders at work
13. Finish renewals at work
14. Complete 3 scarves
15. Hang up new clothes
16. Read Happier at Home Day 1

2. Positives:
- Feeling more organized
- Feeling accomplished
- Positive outlook that I can get things done
- Feeling happier
