Definitely need to remember to get in some activity during the day. Had two walks planned and both ended up not happening for random reasons. Also, I only went over because I allowed myself a small (very small) glass of champagne for New Years. Stayed under carbs and sodium which is what I'm aiming for. Also I really need to drink more water throughout the day.
