So, this is a little early since I haven't officially completed the challenge, but I couldn't wait to see the difference 30 days and a little bit of dedication can make.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results and cannot wait to continue on this journey by starting Ripped in 30. As mentioned before, I will not be doing the video for 30 days straight at this time. There is just so much else going on (5 weeks until the wedding!) and I feel that giving myself a schedule and allowing rest days for a while will be better for my physical and mental health.

I plan on working out 6 days a week, however the workouts are not going to be intense. For example, during the week my best friend and co-worker and I go for two walks during the day, usually 1.45 miles and 2.22 miles. To me, this is not intense so two nights a week I will also include running and 2-3 nights a week I would like to do the DVD. Saturdays are my long training runs and Sundays will be a rest day.

I'm planning on making the schedule tonight and will allow myself rest days as I see fit. I know there are going to be some days that I can't find the time to workout and some days that I'm just not feeling it. And that's okay. If I'm too strict with myself then I will fall off the wagon. I tend to do that, go all in. I need to learn to take it slow sometimes and stop being so damn hard on myself. I am okay.

The one thing I learned throughout this process is that I can do anything I put my mind to. I'll talk about that more tonight after the last workout, but I am proud of myself...
