I decided to switch my weigh in day from Monday's to Wednesday's. It is not as easy for me to stay on track on the weekends for many reasons (all excuses that I really could work around). The main reason is that I don't have access to a computer unless I use Patrick's phone (and he's not always home) or go to my parents to use theirs.
I was sick of watching the scale continue to go up on Monday mornings, so I thought I'd try something new this week. Turns out it was a good decision!
