Locks of Love

I donated my hair to Locks of Love once about 10 years ago. It was just after high school and after 18 years of not cutting my hair per my parents request I went rebellious and chopped it off.

And here I am again.

After years of dying it black or blonde or red or highlighted.. After cutting it myself or trying to grow it out.. After doing absolutely nothing to it for the past two years (not even a trim), I finally felt like it was time for a change. An update.

I think of cutting my hair as a fresh start. And I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Locks of Love will be getting a little over 10 inches of my thick, wavy hair. It's not just a fresh start for me now.

  1. Looks absolutely fabulous! You're awesome for doing something so generous.
